Breton Terrazzo Tile, Real Estate and Equipment Assets Auction

Last Updated on Tuesday, 11 May 2010 11:40 Written by a2e Tuesday, 11 May 2010 11:40

A former Dallas/Fort Worth business that specialized in terrazzo tile for industrial buildings will auction its assets Tuesday, June 8, 2010 at 11 a.m.

The Santa Regina International 48,530 sq. ft. industrial terrazzo tile building, located on I-45 in Palmer, TX will be auctioned live and online along with its patented Breton tile system, support equipment and surplus tile inventory.

Santa Regina International, or Santa Regina Tile, claimed exclusive North American rights for a unique Breton tile terrazzo manufacturing system that produced high-end durable tiles. Santa Regina’s tile is found around the country in hospitals, universities and airports, including the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.

Tiles were produced using a state-of-the-art patented Breton manufacturing process to create a unique look with excellent performance characteristics. The manufactured tile offered a wide range of design options, performance characteristics exceeding those of natural stone, terrazzo and other manufactured stone products, and ease of installation. With only a handful of these systems existing worldwide, this auction presents an excellent opportunity for a nearly new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

The auction manner of sale will offer the real estate first followed by the sale of equipment by lots. The real estate has excellent highway frontage along I-45 in Texas with more than 40,000 cars passing per day. The equipment includes tile manufacturing items, the batch system, office furniture, support equipment and surplus tile inventory.

Potential buyers are encouraged to attend the following open houses:

Monday, May 24: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Monday, June 7: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday, June 8: 9 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Other times by appointment.

Details of the sale are available at the auction website, maascompanies.com or by contacting Maas Companies at (507) 285-1444.

Maas Companies Inc. is an international marketing and auction company located in the U.S.A. with extensive experience in successfully marketing industrial plants, equipment, and real estate, hospitality and commercial properties worldwide.
