Ebay Mean To The Small People

PC pro have done a feature on the way Ebay is changing, they suggest the small sellers is getting a much worse deal since the new fees struture was put in place recently. On the face of it Ebay has become cheaper to list but the final value fee, the cost sellers have to pay if the item sells, has increased to 10% and the are other methods being used to the detrement of small sellers.
