Pine Grove, Penn Homes and Land Auction

Union Bank & Trust in Pottsville, Penn. authorizes an auction of 24 townhome lots and 14.72 acres of bare land located in The Villas at Pine Grove subdivision in Pine Grove, Penn.
Maas Companies Inc, an auction company specializing in the selling of real estate, industrial plants, equipment and special assets of Rochester, Minn. will conduct the sale on Tuesday, June 22 at 7 p.m. at the Pine Grove Hampton Inn.
Each of the 24 finished townhome lots and two tracts of bare land will be offered as individual lots and as an entirety purchase. The lots range from 2,813 to 11,502 square feet and are zoned for residential use. The bare land parcels are 11.9295 and 2.7910 acres.
Potential buyers are encouraged to inspect the lots at their convenience. Auction personnel will be on site during the following inspections:
Saturday, June 19, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Monday, June 21, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
