Fellows, one of the United Kingdom’s oldest and most respected firms of auctioneers and valuers are thrilled to announce the launch of their new website. The website will create a whole new look and feel to the Fellows brand with a number of additional features designed to generate a more interactive customer experience.
Customers who are registered on www.fellows.co.uk will be able to access their own personal ‘My Fellows’ account. This section of the website enables customers to view and update their details and manage email preferences. It also includes features which allow customers to access their recently viewed lots, current bids and their wishlist.
Aside from the new elements to the website, Fellows have also concentrated on improving their existing website functions. The enhanced search facilities and catalogue viewing options are just some of the features that have been designed to offer a much more user-friendly experience.
Over the past few months Fellows have reaped the rewards of displaying higher quality images and additional images on their online auction catalogues. It is evident that customers feel more confident to place bids on the website and through their live internet bidding platform due to the increasing number of images that are shown. The new website intends to build on this success, by offering customers further ways to feel confident using the online system to go through the auction process from start to finish.
