Preferences:
Sellers can prefill many fields by simply entering their preferences on this screen. Every time they create a new auction or import auctions, preferences will automatically be filled in for them.
Listing an Item:
No more going through multiple screens to list an item. Click to create a new auction, and this screen will appear with all preferences prefilled. Enter any additional info and save with one click.
HTML Preview:
Sellers can view what their html will look like when their item goes live. They can also change fonts, color, alignment, etc., without having to do any coding. Just highlight the text they want changed, then click the appropriate button to apply changes.
HTML Source:
For sellers that do their own coding or have their own html, they can paste their HTML on this screen. Then they can click the preview screen, to see what their item will look like once uploaded.
Auction Templates:
Sellers can create templates easily, by using the same process as listing an item. Then when they want to use a template, they open the templates page and choose which one to use. Creating auctions has never been easier or faster...
Uploading Auctions:
Sellers select which items they want to upload, then click the upload button to send to the site. The progress bar shows where the upload is at. Whether it is one or a thousand auctions, they simply click the button and walk away. Letting the auction manager do the work. No more waiting for slow page loads.
Update Inventory:
Sellers can choose this option, which will bring all active auctions on the site into the auction manager. This will also update the status of any auctions within the auction manager. This is a great feature for those that have listed from the site, or have items that have been auto relisted, which are not present in the auction manager.
Import Sales:
Sellers simply click the import sales button, and all sales from the site are brought into the auction managers sales tab. Here they can send custom invoices, leave feedback, and track status of each item.
Sales Invoice/Status Screen:
Sellers can customize each invoice, and easily include multiple sales to the same buyer. Sellers can offer discounts, add tax, insurance, paypal buttons, etc. Sellers can even leave feedback for their buyers here.
Invoice:
This is an actual invoice received via email, which contains exactly what the seller entered on the invoice screen. Invoice emails are sent to the buyer and copied to the seller. So sellers can easily view what their buyer received, and print out if needed.
